What Indian teams should check in shift management software

Grace periods per shift. A morning shift and a late shift rarely need the same rule. Make sure you can set the grace period on each shift, not one rule for the whole company.
Attendance and leave in one tool. When shifts sit in one app and leave in another, the numbers won't match at month end.

Overtime and project cost

Overtime requests go through the same approval queue as leave and WFH. If you track project costs, Trakkar's Project margins view counts each session's hours at that day's cost rate, and overtime hours are multiplied.
